At Wax AZ, your appointment time is reserved just for you. Because of this, we require the following: • 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. • Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service(s). • No-shows will automatically be charged 100% of the service total. • Same-day cancellations or changes are considered late cancellations. • All fees must be paid before booking future appointments.
